Biography

Widnes-born Adam played for Halton Farnworth Hornets and Widnes St Maries before joining his hometown club, where he progressed through the Vikings’ Academy structure to make 15 senior appearances, scoring 9 tries, in his first spell with Widnes, while adding 8 appearances and 3 tries in loan spells with Workington and North Wales Crusaders. On leaving the Vikings, Adam spent two years in Australia, which included a stint with Redcliffe Dolphins, before returning to the UK and joining Salford. The former Bankfield High School pupil cites his debuts for Widnes and Salford, and winning the League 1 championship with Oldham, as his career highlights, along with hat-tricks against London in 2013 and Toulouse in 2025. He names his Uncle and each of his coaches as major influences on his career, while his ambition is to take the Vikings back to Super League. In 2022 Adam passed 50 appearances and 100 points for the Vikings and 150 career points, returning to the club in June 2025. Away from rugby, Manchester United fan Adam is Contracts Manager for Total Environmental Compliance and spends his spare time with his family while also following Darts, Boxing, and Snooker.
