Vikings injury update – Dewsbury

Owen Buckley has been ruled out of Saturday’s clash with Dewsbury Rams due to a neck injury picked up against Salford Red Devils.

The minor injury keeps the Vikings winger out for this weekend, and he will aim to make a quick recovery in order to return to action.

Jake Spedding has also picked up a minor leg injury and will be assessed further to determine how long the centre will be sidelined.

Matt Cook is continuing his recovery from a back injury, while Logan Tomkins is the only long-term absentee as he is still ruled out with a foot problem.

Owen Farnworth is back in training with the club following his isolation period, however the return to play protocols in place mean Saturday’s game comes too soon for the prop forward.

You can watch the Vikings live on Our League this Saturday, with streams available for just £4.95 in the build-up to the game before rising to £10 on game day. Season Ticket holders will gain free access provided they have redeemed their unique code which has been sent out via email.
