Retail profits to help fund Summer Rugby Camps

To celebrate Danny Craven’s new two year deal, which will keep him at the club until at least 2023, we’re supporting local children through our Rugby Camps.

For every retail purchase made between midday today (26/6/21) and 3pm tomorrow (27/6/21) we will be donating 23% of the profits made to subsidising the cost of Rugby Camps in the summer.

At the beginning of June, 80 children registered to local community clubs were given access to a FREE Rugby Camp starring Danny, alongside team mates Matty Smith and Jack Owens.

In order to offer this to a wider range of children and give multiple opportunities to kids throughout the summer, we are looking to subsidise the cost of more camps in the future.

This is part of the club’s hugely important aim to offer youngsters the opportunity to engage with Widnes Vikings, and ultimately the end goal is to have as many young boys and girls involved in the sport locally as possible.

Through this we are then aiming to have as many junior supporters in the stands week in, week out, supporting the club and dreaming of becoming the next generation of Vikings stars.

Every purchase made between 12pm today and 3pm tomorrow can help the club achieve those aims, so either visit us at Widnes Market or shop online via the below button to show your support of local youngsters.

Please note, our Stadium Shop will not be open today due to retail staff having to self isolate, however our Club Shop is open within Widnes Market from 9am-3pm.
