Wigan-born Nathan began playing rugby with the Shevington Sharks club from the age of six until nineteen. A former pupil of Saint Peter’s Catholic High School in Orrell, Nathan linked up with Salford Foundation side Rising Stars and the Eccles College Development Academy before progressing to the Red Devils’ first team, making his senior debut for Whitehaven, followed by his Super League debut against London, in 2024. The Ireland U19 international, who won the Development Academy Player of the Year award in 2022, names his father and brother, along with his Academy Coaches, as major influences on his fledgling career, while his career highlights are his Super League debut and claiming his first Super League try against hometown Wigan. He names his ambitions as cementing a place in the Vikings team and reaching the playoffs. While also working as a Salford Community Coach, Nathan is a supporter of Manchester United and enjoys Tennis and Badminton.
