Born in Warrington, Frank attended Culcheth High School and started playing rugby with Culcheth Eagles at the age of five before joining the Leigh Miners club and subsequently the Warrington Academy, working his way through to the Reserve Team before moving to Swinton on loan in 2025. Naming his parents as the major influence on his career to date, he cites scoring in the Joe Philbin Testimonial game against Leigh as his career highlight along with the Warrington tour to Australia in 2023, when he won the Player of the Tour and Coach’s Player of the Tour awards. Further awards – ‘Made of Wire’ in 2024 and the Swinton Try of the Year in 2025 – followed, while his ambition is to secure a regular first team spot with the Vikings. He combines rugby with his job as a Site Manager in the House Building Industry while his hobbies include supporting Manchester United, running, and keeping fit.
