Widnes Vikings captain Jack Owens has been charged by the RFL’s Match Review Panel following last weekend’s Betfred Championship victory over Barrow Raiders.
Owens has received a Grade D charge of ‘Late Contact on Passer’, resulting in 12 penalty points and a two-match suspension.
He will be available to face Salford on Friday night, but will miss the games against London Broncos and Halifax Panthers which follow.
