This shirt is more than a throwback — it’s a tribute to the players, teams and supporters who built Widnes Rugby League and stood by the club through every generation.
This retro-inspired design features the Heritage Numbers of every player to wear the badge in a competitive game, alongside the crests and identities that shaped our history.
Not every player got the chance to wear their Heritage Number — now we can all wear them with pride.

How to get your shirt
You can pre-order your Heritage Celebration shirt for £50 now online here or in the club shop.
It is available in sizes Small to 5XL.
Orders will go in weekly every Friday, with the first orders due to arrive for Father’s Day if ordered this week.
When your shirt arrives, you can have it customised with a heritage number and name of your choice for an additional £10, which will be done on site in the club shop.
Get your heritage number certificate
You can order a framed, hologrammed certificate of any player for £10 (plus postage & packaging, or collect from the club shop).
Commemorative booklet and merchandise
A commemorative booklet is available priced at £3, containing full debut information of each player and other details regarding the collation of the data. This is available online and in the club shop.

The Widnes RLFC heritage numbers have attracted plenty of attention since their launch.
Every player to have made a competitive appearance for the club since 1895 has been awarded a heritage number.
