Widnes Vikings are incredibly excited to announce the launch of our own beer brand, due for sale in the club shop from Friday September 18.
Brewed in Norfolk by Wolf Brewery, the beer is available as a crisp, refreshing Golden Larger, or a vibrant Premium Real Ale IPA.
Both variants are available as a single bottle for £4.50, or as a case of 12 for £49.
Speaking on the launch of the beer, Vikings Director Brad Fussell said: “As a club, we need to make money that we can funnel into this team, not just for the mens team, we want to support our Wheelchair team, our LDSL team, our women’s team, and to do that, we have to build our brand.
“Widnes Viking beer is something that we’ve come up with the board, the great thing is, if you go out and buy one of these beers, you’re helping to fund our club,
“The aim will be to have it in all the pubs, but you will be able to buy it from the club shop, with the great thing being that every time somebody drinks a beer, that’s going straight back to the club.
“Please drink responsibly, but if you would like a beer, make it a Widnes Vikings beer.”
NOTE: Widnes Vikings beer will not be available from the club shop during match-days.
