Touch Rugby League is back at the DCBL Stadium every Monday 5pm til 6pm.
The sessions are open to everyone aged 16 and over, regardless of ability, experience, or gender. Sessions cost £5 and you can just turn up on the day to take part.
So come and take part in a great social activity at the home of the Vikings, meet new people and enjoy the physical and mental health benefits of the sport.
