This week’s Thunderbolt: Volunteer of the Week goes to Danny Durbin, our Pathways Lead and a driving force behind the success of the Future Vikings programme.
Danny has been outstanding in his organisation and delivery of development sessions this week, playing a key role in ensuring our young players continue to learn, grow and improve in the right environment.
As part of this programme, our young Vikings will take part in controlled games against development teams from Salford this week, providing an excellent opportunity to develop skills, confidence and match awareness.
Danny’s dedication behind the scenes allows these sessions to thrive, giving our players the best possible platform to progress within the club. His passion for youth development and attention to detail continue to make a huge difference to our pathways system.
Everyone at the club would like to place on record their huge thanks to Danny for his hard work and commitment. The Future Vikings programme simply couldn’t function without him, and we’re proud to recognise him as this week’s Thunderbolt: Volunteer of the Week.
