The Championship play-off game between Widnes Vikings and York Knights will be broadcast live on BBC Radio Merseyside on 95.8FM, DAB digital radio, Freeview Channel 714 and the BBC Sounds app.
John Lawless and James Gordon will provide full match commentary live from the LNER Community Stadium in York as the Vikings play their first play-off match in a decade.
It will be the first time the Vikings game has featured on the main channel and not just online in several years.
