Simon Finnigan has announced his first Stone Paving 21-Man Squad as head coach of Widnes Vikings, ahead of Sunday’s trip to West Wales Raiders in the Betfred Challenge Cup Round 1.
Sunday marks the first Widnes fixture in over a year, as the Vikings make their long-awaited return to action at Stebonheath Park (kick-off 12:45pm).
Ste Tyrer, Adam Lawton and Paul Clough could be handed their first appearances since re-joining the club during the off-season, while Matt Cook, Will Tilleke, Josh Wilde and Daniel Hill could make their debut.
There are some absentees from Finnigan’s squad due to injury, with a full injury report from the squad to come next week.
You can watch the Vikings LIVE this Sunday by tuning in via the BBC Sport Website or on the BBC iPlayer, with our fixture kicking-off at 12:45pm.
