Widnes Vikings are delighted to announce details of a special dinner to celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the club’s last Challenge Cup win.
Saturday, 5th May 1984 saw the Vikings lift the Challenge Cup following a 19-6 victory over Wigan Warriors.
On Friday 10 May, we will be hosting a celebration evening, as we get members of that cup-winning side back together again to give us their thoughts on that great day for the club.
Taking place in the Bridge Suite at the DCBL Stadium, it promises to be another great evening’s entertainment following on from the recent successes of the John Devereux book launch and the return of Joe Lydon for a Q&A session.
