Widnes Vikings’ 2024 squad numbers have been revealed.
Four new signings have been handed starting shirt numbers: Sam Brooks (10), Rhodri Lloyd (11), Danny Langtree (12), and Nick Gregson (13).
2023 Coaches Player of the Year and Players Player of the Year, Joe Edge also takes a starting shirt number as he switches to number 4.
Stand-off Joe Lyons switches from number 18 to number 6, whilst prop forward Callum Field also takes a starting jersey as he takes the number 8 shirt following the departure of Owen Farnworth.
The squad numbers of our other new signings are as follows: Liam Kirk (15), Mike Butt (20), Lloyd Roby (24), and Martyn Reilly (30).
Jack Owens will once again captain the Vikings in 2024, whilst Callum Field and Rhodri Lloyd will be vice-captains this season.

Fans will notice the club has opted to leave the number 18 shirt vacant this season, as we want to recognise the fans as our ’18th man’.
