The club have today contacted all 2020 Season Ticket holders via email with a short survey as part of the next steps taken following the cancellation of the 2020 Betfred Championship season.
All Season Ticket holders are encouraged to check their junk/spam folders if the email has not appeared in their main inbox, and those that have not received an email can click the link at the bottom of the story.
Please note, this survey is for SEASON TICKET HOLDERS ONLY as we look to progress to the next step of our process regarding refunds and donations.
The short survey will ask you to provide the names and VS numbers of all of the 2020 Season Ticket holders you are financially responsible for. This means if you purchased all of the Season Tickets for your whole family, or purchased Season Tickets as a gift, you will have to include these details along with your own details.
Supporters will also be asked to confirm their email address so that the next stage of the process can be completed, whether that is distributing rewards or contacting you in order to process a refund.
Completing this survey is the start of the refund/donation process for your 2020 Season Ticket, however it will not initiate an automatic refund once it has been filled in. Once refunds are being processed, supporters who have requested them will be notified via email and through our website and social media channels.
Season Ticket holders will have two weeks from today to fill in the survey with their preference, before the survey is closed.
The initial results of the survey will then allow the club to assess the financial implications of the cancellation of the 2020 season, and allow decision to be made in regards to our budget moving forward.
As mentioned in our previous communications, we are aware of the impact that the Coronavirus pandemic has had on our supporters, forcing many people into unfortunate changes in circumstances.
This survey and process as a whole is not aimed at creating a divide between those who would take a refund and those who would turn one down, instead it serves as an opportunity for the club to plan for the coming months and gain a better picture of our 2021 budget.
Each and every member of the Black and White army is of equal importance to us as a club, and we firmly believe that we have the most passionate and most influential supporters in the sport.
