To help with your enquiries regarding 2020 Season Tickets, we have compiled a list of Frequently Asked Questions below to help speed up the process of purchasing your Season Ticket.

How can I buy my Season Ticket?

Season Tickets are available from the Club Shop, located within Widnes Market, which is open Sunday-Monday and Wednesday-Saturday, 9am-5pm. There is also an online option available, which can be accessed via our Shop page by clicking on ‘Online Tickets’ from the drop-down menu.

Can I apply for finance?

Season Tickets are only available on finance during the Early Bird period, which runs until Saturday 2nd November, and can only be applied for online. There will be no facility to do this over the phone or in-store. For a link to our online ticketing platform finance where you can apply for your Season Ticket on finance, see below. Once you have visited our online ticket platform, apply for a Season Ticket and proceed to the checkout where you will then select the ‘Apply for Finance’ button. This will then prompt you to apply for credit via our finance providers, where you will follow the steps to complete your application.

How do I purchase a Season Ticket if I do not live locally to Widnes?

There is an online option available, which can be accessed via our Shop page by clicking on ‘Online Tickets’ from the drop-down menu. Alternatively, you can print off our downloadable Season Ticket application form, fill in the relevant details and post with a cheque to the club. Our club address is ‘Widnes Vikings, Halton Stadium, Lower House Lane, Widnes, WA8 7DZ’ and the cheque must be made payable to ‘Widnes Rugby League Club Limited’.

Last season my adult Season Ticket came with a free Junior, does this still apply?

There will be no free junior Season Tickets for the 2020 season, instead there are new Primary and Junior Season Tickets which both come with a host of Early Bird Benefits and access to our Vikings Rewards scheme.

I am a carer of a supporter, do I need to purchase a Season Ticket?

Disabled supporters requiring a complimentary carer ticket to be able to attend fixtures are advised to call the Club Office on 0151 495 2250. A member of staff will take your name and phone number, before a member of our ticketing team will call you back and arrange an appointment at the Halton Stadium to take you through the application process. There will be no Carer tickets issued at the Club Shop or online.

Please note, the Club Office opening hours are 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

I am in the Armed Forces, what category do I fall under?

You would fall under the Concession category for 2020 Season Tickets, and you must show proof upon purchase of your Season Ticket.

I want to keep my South Stand seat from the 2019 season, can I do this?

Your 2019 South Stand seat will be reserved until the Early Bird period ends on Saturday 2nd November, so you can renew your seat for 2020. After the Early Bird period comes to an end, all seats will then be available on a first-come first-served basis.

When does the Early Bird period end?

The last day for Early Bird prices and benefits will be Saturday 2nd November. After this date, all prices will rise by 10% and Early Bird Benefits will no longer be available.

When will I get my Season Ticket card?

If you purchase your Season Ticket during the Early Bird period your card will be guaranteed to be ready for collection before Christmas. Once Season Tickets are ready to collect, this information will be released on our website and via social media channels. Those bought after the Early Bird period cannot be guaranteed to be ready for collection before Christmas. Please note, there will be no cards sent via post this year.

I do not live locally, how can I get my Season Ticket card?

If you cannot get to the Club Shop to collect your Season Ticket card, you will be able to collect it from the Ticket Window at the Halton Stadium on the day of the first home fixture of the season.

How can I find out what Vikings Rewards are available?

A full list of Vikings Rewards can be found on our dedicated page, with is part of the drop-down menu when you click on ‘2020 Season Tickets’. Full terms and conditions are also available on that page, with the possibility of new offers throughout the year.

When can I use my Vikings Rewards?

Once you have collected your Season Ticket from the Club Shop, you will be able to take advantage of our fantastic Vikings Rewards. You will not be able to receive any discounts without showing your Season Ticket, and those buying in the Early Bird period will be able to collect their Season Ticket before Christmas.

What are the Early Bird Benefits?

A full list of Early Bird Benefits can be found on our dedicated page, with is part of the drop-down menu when you click on ‘2020 Season Tickets’. Each age category will differ and only Season Ticket holders that purchase by Saturday 2nd November will be eligible for those benefits. What are the new Junior categories?

We now have two junior categories available which reflect the year in which your child is currently in at school or college. Primary Juniors will be those in School Years 1-6 during the current academic year, while Secondary Juniors are those in School Years 7-13 up until the age of 18. Supporters who turn 19 on or before Saturday 1st February 2020 will fall under the Concession category.

My child is in reception, do they need a Season Ticket?

All children from reception and under do not require a Season Ticket. They will gain free entry to all 2020 home fixtures via the turnstiles and will not need a ticket.

Does my child still receive free Junior swaps for away fixtures in 2020?

Juniors are eligible for free junior swaps in 2020, however this is subject to terms and conditions set by the home team. In the build-up to each away fixture, full information will be revealed on social media and our website.
