Widnes Vikings are pleased to announce that Keanan Brand’s loan with the club has been extended for the remainder of the season.
Having initially rejoined the club on a one-month loan, he will now be eligible for the remainder of the 2024 campaign.
Leigh Leopards hold a recall clause to bring Keanan back should they need him, as was the case with Louis Brogan’s loan.
Head Coach Allan Coleman said: “He’s a player that excites us and most importantly he loves playing for Widnes.
“I think in the last few weeks we’ve seen him come into his own, so it is a massive bonus for us to get Keanan on a season-long loan from Leigh.”
