Widnes Vikings would like to reiterate their thanks and gratitude to the club’s supporters ahead of tonight’s 2020 Kit Launch event.
Over 200 of the Early Bird Season Ticket holders have secured their place for the Kit Launch event taking place in the Bridge Suite at the Halton Stadium on Tuesday 19th November.
The event was aimed to give those who have pledged their support to the cause already for 2020 the opportunity to see the kit exclusively for the first time.
The night also allows supporters to get kitted out for next year with the kit on sale in the room for supporters to purchase before the on-sale date the following day at 9:00am.
As well as the unrivalled support from the terraces, the club has been heartened to see the backing from the local community and sponsors of Widnes Vikings.
For the first time, the club has sold every position on the 2020 home and away kits, and it is fantastic to see new, lapsed and returning sponsors on board with us for next season.
On Monday evening, the club hosted a Sponsors Evening for the 2020 Kit Sponsors at the Barton Rouge in Widnes.
All of these businesses committed to sponsorship for next year early into the 2019 season, despite not having clarity on the club’s league position for 2020.
This was a great display of loyalty towards Widnes Vikings, and the club felt it right to reciprocate that on Monday evening to showcase how their brands look on the new kits.
Tonight is one of the many benefits of being an Early Bird season ticket holder, and is the first opportunity for the club to thank the supporters for their loyalty.
With the kit modelled by both players and supporters, the night will again bring together the club and supporters for what promises to be a great night.
