After announcing that we will be rewarding supporters by giving you the chance to win a car in partnership with our friends at Bristol Street Motors Nissan Widnes, we’ve put together answers to some questions you may want to ask regarding the free prize draw.
What car is it?
The car we are giving away is a red Nissan Micra 1.0 IG-T 92 Acenta 5dr Petrol 21-reg Hatchback, with less than 3,000 miles on the clock. It has a current value of £14,500.
How will people be entered into the free prize draw?
All Adult and Concession tickets purchased via Widnes Vikings for the following fixtures will receive entry into the free prize draw:
1 – Monday 7th March – Widnes v Barrow Raiders
2 – Sunday 26th June – Widnes v London Broncos
3 – Sunday 31st July – Widnes v Barrow Raiders – Summer Bash
1 – Monday 7th March – Widnes Vikings v Barrow Raiders:
Adult and Concession Ticket purchases:
All Adult and Concession (not Junior) tickets purchased via Widnes Vikings to watch Widnes at home against Barrow from the Club Shop at Widnes Market, Stadium Shop on match day or online will be automatically entered into the free prize draw.
Widnes Vikings Adult and Concession Season Ticket Holders:
All Adult and Concession Widnes Vikings Season Ticket Holders who attend the fixture on March 7th and have their season ticket scanned to gain entry will automatically be admitted into the free prize draw.
Junior ticket purchases or Junior Season Ticket Holders will not be entered into the free prize draw.
2 – Sunday 26th June – Widnes v London Broncos:
Adult and Concession Ticket purchases:
All Adult and Concession (not Junior) tickets purchased via Widnes Vikings to watch Widnes at home against London Broncos from the Club Shop at Widnes Market, Stadium Shop on match day or online will be automatically entered into the free prize draw.
Widnes Vikings Adult and Concession season ticket holders:
All Adult and Concession Widnes Vikings Season Ticket Holders who attend the fixture on June 26th and have their Season Ticket scanned to gain entry will automatically be admitted into the free prize draw.
Junior ticket purchases or Junior Season Ticket Holders will not be entered into the free prize draw.
3 – Sunday 31st July – Widnes v Barrow – Summer Bash:
All Adult and Concession tickets purchased via Widnes Vikings to watch Widnes take on Barrow at the Summer Bash either online via Widnes Vikings’ ticketing system or through the Club Shop at Widnes Market will be automatically entered into the free prize draw.
Junior ticket purchases or Junior Season Ticket Holders will not be entered into the free prize draw.
Number of entries to the Free Prize Draw:
Each individual purchase will gain an entry into the free prize draw:
Purchasing a ticket via Widnes Vikings for all three fixtures will gain three opportunities to win the prize.
Season Ticket Holders must purchase a ticket for the Summer Bash fixture (31st July) via Widnes Vikings to gain an additional entry to the free prize draw.
Start date:
Start date for gaining entry into our free prize draw when purchasing a match day ticket will be the 25th February.
Closing date:
The last date for purchasing match day tickets that will enable you to gain entry into our free prize draw will be Saturday 23rd.
Proof of purchase:
All adult and concession tickets purchased though Widnes Vikings for any of the three games will gain entry into the free prize draw.
Season Ticket Holders – all Adult and Concession Widnes Vikings Season Ticket cards scanned on the 7th March will be entered into the free prize draw.
Online:
All adult and concession match day tickets purchased online will receive an e-ticket as proof of purchase.
Club Shop at Widnes Market and Stadium Shop on Match Day:
All Adult and Concession match day tickets purchased at the club shop in Widnes Indoor Market and also at the Club Stadium Shop will receive a physical ticket as proof of purchase and personal details will be recorded to enable entry into the free prize draw.
Terms and Conditions:
All ticket purchases for any of the games included in this promotion must be made by Saturday 23rd July to be entered into the prize draw.
The Free Prize Draw is available to all people purchasing Adult or Concession tickets from the available Widnes Vikings’ outlets – online, Club Shop at Widnes Market and Stadium Shop on match days.
Tickets purchased at Barrow in person or online via Barrow Raiders will not be eligible for entry into the free draw.
Tickets purchased for the Summer Bash must be purchased through Widnes Vikings, any Summer Bash tickets purchased through other outlets will not be eligible for entry into the free prize draw.
Only Adult and Concession ticket purchases or Adult and Concession Season Ticket Holders will be entered into the free prize draw.
To be eligible to win the prize, the winner must be 18 years or over.
There will be one entry per Adult or Concession ticket purchased from Widnes Vikings for the following games:
1 – 7th March – Widnes Vikings v Barrow Raiders
2 – 26th June – Widnes Vikings v London Broncos
3 – 31st July – Widnes Vikings v Barrow Raiders – Summer Bash
All Adult and Concession Season Ticket Holders who attend the fixture on March 7th and have their Season Ticket scanned to gain entry will automatically be admitted to the free prize draw.
The free prize draw will take in the week commencing 25th July. The free prize draw will be made live on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram live.
The winner will then be informed by email or phone call immediately following the draw.
The winner will be able to collect their prize in the days following the draw.
The result will be announced immediately when the prize draw takes place, and the winner will be announced via the Widnes Vikings website and social media platforms.
Widnes Vikings intend, with the permission of the winner, to publish post promotional publicity pieces across Widnes Vikings, RFL and broadcast partners – digital and printed press.
You must be 18 or over to be eligible to enter the free prize draw.
There is no cash alternative to the prize.
No alternative car/choice will be made available to the winner.
The car must be insured by the winner before it can be collected by the winner.
