The Widnes Vikings Women have won the 2024 League Cup after a 20-0 victory over Thatto Heath Crusaders at Bankes Avenue, Orrell.
Tries from Rachael Porter, Meg Shone, Naoimh Gill-Ward, and Hannah Quirk saw the ladies home to their first-ever trophy win in front of a good following of Vikings supporters.
Hannah Quirk was chosen as the Player of the Match by St Helens Captain and England International Jodie Cunningham.
