Widnes Vikings can announce details of the latest Sports Camp, delivered by First Team members Ted and Jay Chapelhow on Monday 17th and Tuesday 18th February.
Taking place during the February half-term, the two-day camp is for children aged 6-12 and will take place at the home of the Vikings, the DCBL Stadium.
Sessions will give everyone involved the opportunity to have fun, make friends, improve fundamental movement skills and learn how to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
Our Camps, delivered by the Vikings Sports Foundation, place junior supporters at the heart of the club, allowing them to engage with our First Team members and develop a positive attitude towards sports and physical activity.
The Sports which will take place during the camp will include, rugby league, football, basketball, table tennis and dodgeball, and are open to children of all ability levels.
Priced at just £15 per day, or two days for £25, camps offer fantastic value compared to the cost of childcare, with two days packed full of fun activities to keep your child active.
Children would be required to bring a packed lunch and drinks to both days of the camp, wear appropriate clothing and will need to bring boots and trainers to ensure they can enter the iPitch.
A member of staff will be at the DCBL Stadium for early drop-off from 8:30am onwards on both days, with camps running from 9am until 3pm.
