Vikings launch digital memberships

Widnes Vikings are pleased to introduce an exciting new digital membership system.

Supporters can now add this membership to their mobile phone, making it easier and faster to enter the stadium on a matchday.

The launch of our digital membership system coincides with the recent announcement of our half-season tickets.

With a half-season ticket, supporters can watch the Vikings in their final seven home matches of the 2023 Betfred Championship season from as little as £26 for juniors and £125 for Adults.

Step-by-step process

To start, supporters will need to visit the internet browser on their phone and enter widnesvikings.co.uk/app.

This will take you to the Future Ticketing app page, which is where supporters will install the app from.

For iPhone users, you can add this page to the home screen on your phone by tapping on the ‘Share’ button on Safari, then clicking ‘Add to Home Screen’.

For Android devices, tap the three dots and click ‘Install to Home Screen’.

Once the app is on your phone screen, tap it open. When opening the app for the first time, registered Vikings members will need to create a password for their Future Ticketing account.

To do this, select ‘Forgot Credentials’, then enter the email address registered with the club.

This must be the email address used to purchase either individual match tickets, season tickets and half-season tickets.

You will then receive an email to create or reset your password. Please do that, before logging back into the app with your email address and new password.

Once logged in, supporters will be able to see and present the Membership QR code or ticket QR code needed for scanning on matchdays at the stadium.
