With 47% of the overall votes during the month and two individual Man of the Match performances, against Bradford and Whitehaven, ‘Edgey’ enjoyed a good run of form for the Vikings, securing 20 points from 6 goals and 2 tries.
Edge becomes the sixth different player to receive the award this season, following in the footsteps of Shane Grady (February), Ryan Ince (March), Matty Fozard (April), Jack Owens (May), and Sam Wilde (June).
Joe had this to say.
“As a team, we’re enjoying playing and working well together.”
“We are still focused on the play-offs and working hard as a team under Neil and for each other.”
