This week’s Thunderbolt: Fan of the Week goes to young Ben, whose passion and energy continue to make a real difference around the club.
Ben is well known on matchdays as the drummer behind the Viking Clap, helping to drive the atmosphere and get supporters right behind the team. He was back in with us last week to rehearse ahead of Sunday’s fixture with Goole Vikings, showing once again his commitment to playing his part on gameday.
Away from the stands, Ben also spent a week’s work placement with the club a fortnight ago, where he was a fantastic help to staff across the office. His positive attitude, willingness to get stuck in and great energy made him a pleasure to have around throughout the week.
Everyone at the club would like to say a big thank you to Ben for his continued support and enthusiasm. We’re delighted to recognise him as this week’s Thunderbolt: Fan of the Week.
