Widnes Vikings are proud to be sponsored by Skin Deep Aesthetics for the 2020 season.
Skin Deep Aesthetics is an Aesthetics service, specialising in Non-Surgical aesthetic treatments, such as Anti-Wrinkle Treatments, Beauty Treatments and Holistic and Sports Massages, in the North West.
Through anti-ageing treatments and beauty enhancements, Skin Deep helps rejuvenate their client’s confidence and obtain the most natural looking results.
All injectable treatments are carried out by Anne-Marie Hughes, owner, practitioner and independent prescriber, while members of staff also perform treatments in anti-ageing, skin care, facials, beauty treatments, massages and permanent hair reduction.
Anne-Marie has been in the industry for over 20 years, and with her experience is able to prescribe and perform the most effective anti-ageing, and beauty enhancing treatments.
The Warrington based company also have a long-standing relationship with Widnes Vikings, with their loyal partnership of the club stretching back many years. At present, Skin Deep Aesthetics are currently proud sponsors of First Team member Sam Wilde, who has made 93 appearances during his career, with 66 of those in Widnes colours.
Prior to the suspension of rugby league, Skin Deep Aesthetics were also Big Match Sponsors of the Vikings’ clash with London Broncos, and have taken out a number of match sponsorships over the years.
Owner Anne-Marie has also assisted in organising a number of fundraising events, including last year’s Ladies’ Night, which have raised well needed funds to help the club, as well as sponsoring staff members.
Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, Skin Deep Aesthetics have had to close the clinic for non-essential treatments, however there are still migraine treatments available to try and avoid those suffering with the issue being hospitalised.
With the closure of the clinic, owner Anne-Marie has stepped up to assist at Aintree Hospital in the A&E Department, treating patients with Coronavirus symptoms and helping out on the front line. All of this has been combined with home schooling two young children, with Anne-Marie’s husband also a key worker.
Owner of Skin Deep Aesthetics, Anne-Marie Hughes, commented, “I’m extremely grateful to all of the Vikings fans for all the messages of support and thanks that I’ve received from them for returning to help in the NHS.
“Nikki Elston has raised some money and bought some boxes of face masks for me to take into work, and Anne-Marie Newall and Lynn Dugdale have been making face mask ties to stop the straps from breaking the skin on our ears.”
