Widnes Vikings are proud to be sponsored by DMR Motors for the 2020 season.
DMR Motors are a local business found on Liverpool Road in Widnes, offering Car Repairs, MOTs and Services to the local community.
Owned by Danny Rowbotham, the company have been long-serving sponsors of Widnes Vikings after entering a number of partnerships through the years, including player sponsorship, kit sponsorship and match sponsorship.
Most recently, DMR Motors are proud sponsors of Vikings First Team member Shane Grady, who returned to his boyhood club during the off-season in a move from Halifax RLFC.
Shane has become a fan favourite on his return to Widnes, scoring on his second debut against Oldham in Round 1 of the 2020 Betfred Championship season. The second rower has two tries in his six appearances so far this year, and has scored 310 points for the club across his two spells.
DMR Motors also offer Vikings Rewards discounts to all 2020 Widnes Vikings Season Ticket holders, with £10 off their MOT on production of a Season Ticket card.
The local business also provided Vikings supporters with an exclusive QR-code offer at the fixture with London Broncos, as those who picked up a leaflet were given the chance to save 30% on an MOT and Service.
As an essential service, DMR Motors are still open for business, with the garage opening hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and 9am-1pm on Saturday.
To help support those on the front line who are assisting in the fight against the Coronavirus pandemic, Danny and his team are offering a 20% discount on any work undertaken for key workers.
The team at DMR Motors are also offering support to elderly and vulnerable members of the community, with the introduction of a pick-up and drop-off service which is available by contacting the garage.
While current social distancing measures are in place, staff at DMR Motors kindly ask that customers do not access the workshop side of the garage as this is a staff only area. Also, customers are advised to limit the surfaces they come into contact with once in the reception area.
