Widnes Vikings can confirm that the process of refunding 2020 Season Ticket holders has begun, as the club aims to have all payments processed in the coming weeks.
Having now collated our refund database and calculated the amount that each Season Ticket holder will receive, we have now begun to process the first batch of refunds from the forms received at both the Club Shop and Club Office.
We have received a number of emails enquiring about refunds over the last week, and would like to ensure supporters that we have been working hard to complete this process despite having a significantly reduced level of staff due to furlough.
Thanks to all Season Ticket holders for their patience during this period, as we are aware that some of our supporters have been affected financially during the Coronavirus pandemic.
Those who have sent their refund form via post or handed it in to our Club Shop will receive their payment in the coming weeks, and are advised to check their bank account during this period for their refund.
We will be aiming to contact supporters who have had their refund processed this week via email.
If you have not included your 2020 Season Ticket card with your form, please contact us immediately as this will delay the processing of your refund.
