Widnes Vikings can confirm details of two pre-season friendly fixtures against Castleford Tigers and North Wales Crusaders, both taking place at the Halton Stadium.
Supporters will get their first glimpse of the new squad against Super League outfit Castleford on Sunday 12th January (3pm kick-off), in Tim Sheens’ first game in charge of the club.
The following week, North Wales Crusaders will visit the Halton Stadium on Sunday 19th January (3pm kick-off), as the Vikings prepare for the 2020 Betfred Championship campaign.
Both games will provide the players with an opportunity to stake a claim for a first team spot, while gaining vital match fitness in time for the season opener away to Oldham on Sunday 2nd February.
A number of the club’s new signings will be on show in both fixtures, as Widnes run out in front of home support for the first time since a 36-28 victory over Swinton Lions in the penultimate game of the 2019 season back in September.
Further details on when and how supporters can purchase tickets will be released in due course, however the full pricing structure for both games can be found below.
Please note, Season Tickets do not include friendly fixtures and both games will be all ticket.
