Widnes Vikings can confirm that Lloyd Roby will join Rochdale Hornets on a short-term loan.
The loan period is for one month, however, as with any loan, there is a recall option after 14 days.
Head Coach Allan Coleman said: “Lloyd has been unlucky not to be playing recently and we want him to keep match fit as we will be needing him.
“The chance to go to Rochdale and help them, as well as ourselves, is a good opportunity.
“Lloyd remains a big part of the Vikings squad for this season and will still do some of his training with us whilst on loan.”
