Widnes Vikings can confirm that an exclusive 2020 Kit Launch event will take place at the Halton Stadium on Tuesday 19th November, with tickets available to Early Bird Season Ticket holders only.
As part of the fantastic Early Bird Benefits scheme, the club are giving those who pledged their support before the Early Bird deadline the opportunity to be the first to see next year’s playing kits.
A limited amount of free tickets will be available to collect from the Club Shop, located within Widnes Market, and will be distributed on a first-come first-served basis, with only one ticket per Early Bird Season Ticket holder available. The amount of tickets available has been determined on the maximum capacity of the Bridge Suite, located at the Halton Stadium.
Each day there will be a limited amount of tickets available for each age category in order to give all 2020 Early Bird Season Ticket holders a fair and equal opportunity to attend the event.
Tickets will be available from today (Thursday 7th November), and the initial allocation will be 50 Adult tickets, 25 Concession tickets and 25 Junior tickets (valid for either Secondary or Primary Juniors). Each weekday this amount of tickets will be available to each age category, before increasing on Saturday to fall in line with our busiest day for sales.
Early Bird Season Ticket holders who attend the Kit Launch event will also have the opportunity to be the first to purchase our 2020 jerseys, with pop-up stalls selling both home and away shirts on the night.
There will also be the chance to redeem your £5 voucher to use against the purchase of a home or away shirt on the night too, another brilliant benefit of being an Early Bird Season Ticket holder. These vouchers can be used on the night or saved for use before the expiry date of the 31st March 2020, with only one voucher awarded per person and only one voucher can be used per shirt purchased.
The event will take place on Tuesday 19th November at 7pm, and you can secure your place by visiting our Club Shop at Widnes Market from Thursday 6th November onwards.
Please note, all Junior Season Ticket holders of school age will require an accompanying adult. For Early Bird Season Ticket holders who live outside Halton, there will be a limited amount of tickets available over the phone by calling 0151 495 2250 and asking for Karen during the following days: Monday 10-4, Wednesday 1-4 and Friday 10-4.
