Widnes Vikings can confirm that the Coral Challenge Cup Fifth Round tie with Swinton Lions will be played on Sunday 15th March (kick-off 3pm), with ticket prices also revealed.
The Vikings booked their place in the fifth round of the competition with a comfortable 52-12 victory over Oldham, running in nine tries at the DCBL Stadium.
Following the draw, Tim Sheens’ side will take on Championship counterparts Swinton with Adults, Concessions and Secondary Juniors all discounted by £5 from standard 2020 league prices.
All 2020 Junior Season Ticket holders of both clubs can gain entry for free, but must collect a complimentary ticket from the Club Shop prior to the game or the Stadium Shop on the day of the game.
Tickets are on sale online now and will be available from the Club Shop from tomorrow onwards (Thursday 27th February), with this fixture not included in your 2020 Season Ticket package.
Until Wednesday 11th March, South Stand Season Ticket holders will be able to secure their regular seat for the cup tie, with all reserved seats then released for general sale from Thursday 12th March onwards.
Hospitality will also be available for the visit of Swinton with supporters able to enjoy a two-course meal served in a private executive box, with the package priced at £35 per person (ticket included). Further details regarding hospitality packages will be released in due course.
All tickets will also be available to purchase online, with supporters able to use their mobile phone as an E-ticket or take advantage of the print-at-home facility.
There will also be a pay on the gate facility available on the North Stand on the day of the fixture, with tickets required to access the South Stand.
Away supporters
Swinton Lions supporters wishing to purchase tickets online will need to apply away code ‘SWINTONCCR5’ in order to select a ticket in the away section of the South Stand.
Away supporters purchasing online will be emailed an E-ticket to be used on their mobile phone, with the QR code scanned upon entry to the DCBL Stadium. Alternatively, away fans can print the E-ticket at home with no facility to post tickets to supporters.
Please note, Challenge Cup tickets will not be available to purchase from the Stadium Shop on Sunday 8th March, with tickets only available for the Whitehaven fixture on that day.
