On Monday 1st June our Principle Partners, Bristol Street Motors, re-opened their main New & Used Car Showrooms at their Moor Lane site in Widnes.
However, in line with HM Government guidance they have had to make some necessary changes which could look unfamiliar for regular customers.
On entrance to the showroom you will be greeted by the General Manager who will guide you to the correct department you require, however there are plenty of floor signs for guidance. Signage will also remind you of maintaining social distancing measures, but you’ll be pleased to know that gloves, masks and hand sanitiser will be provided for customer use.
In the Service & Maintenance Department, Bristol Street are operating a lane procedure where customers can choose to use either Lane 1 or Lane 2. If both lanes are in use with customers currently being served, then there is clear signage to ask customers to politely wait until called forward to speak to an advisor.
In the Sales Department, and in line with Government guidance, all of the vehicles in the Showroom are locked but can be opened upon request. Should customers want to see inside vehicles in the showroom, there is no problem with that whatsoever and customers will have the peace of mind knowing that after each vehicle has been used for viewing.
Colleagues of Bristol Street Motors will fully sanitise the vehicle again ensuring minimum risk of spreading any potential virus.
It isn’t mandatory for Sales Customers to make an appointment, but it is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment.
Bristol Street Motors are ensuring that the use of their showroom is a safe environment for customers and colleagues of the business, and whilst the showroom may look somewhat different the level of service will always be paramount in ensuring customer satisfaction.
