Ahead of this Saturday’s Challenge Cup clash with Warrington Wolves, we’ve compiled a guide to everything you need to know.
The Vikings will face the Wire in a competitive match for the first time since 2018 with a bumper crowd expected.
How can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available to purchase online HERE or from the Club Shop at the DCBL Stadium which is open until 4pm today and on matchday.
Can I buy tickets on the day?
Yes, tickets will be available to purchase from the Club Shop on the day from 9am until kickoff. However, we would ask all fans to buy tickets in advance if possible to allow appropriate stewarding arrangements to be made and to minimise queues on the day.
Can I still purchase hospitality tickets?
Unfortunately, there are no Hospitality tickets left for Saturday’s game as all Karalius Suite tickets and executive boxes are sold out.
Can I reserve a seat in the South Stand?
Tickets are only able to be reserved in the Gold and Silver seating sections of the South Stand, all general seating is unallocated.
Can I change stands?
Changing between stands will only be permitted from South Stand to North Stand for any parents of the children playing in our U10’s festival who have already purchased tickets in the South Stand. This must be done in advance of the game.
Do season ticket holders get a discount?
Yes, all season ticket holders purchasing an unreserved ticket in the South Stand or North Stand will be able to claim a discount until midnight tonight. However, there is no season ticket holder discount for reserved seats in the Gold and Silver sections of the South Stand.
Where will Widnes fans be located?
Vikings fans have been allocated the full North Stand as well as Blocks E, F, G, and H in the South Stand.
Where will Warrington fans be located?
Warrington fans have been allocated the full West Stand as well as Blocks A, B, and C in the South Stand.
Why are Warrington fans located in the South East Corner?
Due to intelligence provided to the club and council, this game has had to be fully segregated and as a result, Warrington fans have been allocated blocks A, B, and C which will see them have a separate concourse to the Vikings fans in the South Stand.
Is this game going to be televised?
No. The only way to watch Saturday’s game is live at the DCBL Stadium.
When will turnstiles open?
Turnstiles will open 90 minutes before kickoff at 15:30.
Can I buy merchandise?
Yes, merchandise will be available to purchase from the club shop which opens at 9am.
Will there be bag checks?
Yes. We will be conducting random bag checks to ensure no prohibited items are brought into the stadium. Pyrotechnics are strictly forbidden.
Is there anything to do after the game?
The Bridge Suite will be open for fans to see the post-match presentations and hear the thoughts of Head Coach Allan Coleman. Refreshments will also be available from the bar.
What will be going on pre-match?
We will be holding an u10’s festival between local sides from Widnes and Warrington, as well as the Cheerleaders from Warrington Wolves alongside our very own Viking Venom.
