John Kear has named his 21-man squad ahead of Saturday’s trip to the Betfred Championship Summer Bash to face Swinton Lions.
Following successive defeats to Batley Bulldogs and Featherstone Rovers, the Vikings will be keen to return to winning ways as they kick off the Championship’s showpiece event.
The Round 12 fixture will take place at York’s LNER Community Stadium, with kick-off at 12:45pm.
Loan addition Andrew Dixon is named in the squad, and the 33-year-old is in line for his debut this weekend.
Tom Gilmore, Shane Grady and Aaron Brown also return as the now-retired Kyle Amor, Zach Eckersley, Max Roberts and Ant Walker miss out.
