LIMITED TICKETS FOR VIKINGS WOMEN V SWINTON LIONESSES AVAILABLE

The club can confirm that the Vikings Women’s Team’s clash with Swinton Lionesses, originally set to be played behind closed doors at the DCBL Stadium, will now be open to a limited number of supporters.

We would like to extend our gratitude to Halton Borough Council for their accommodation in allowing the game to take place at the stadium after unforeseen circumstances prevented the ladies from playing at Frank Myler Pavilion.

All parties have been working to find a resolution for both clubs and supporters since the original decision was made to move the fixture to the DCBL Stadium, which would have resulted in the game being played behind closed doors.

This collaborative effort showcases the all-round support for our women’s team from both the club and the council.

With there only being a limited number of tickets available we also plan to provide a live stream from the Stadium so supporters can watch the game online, details of which will be posted on our social media channels at 13:45.

Catherine Wills, Team Manager said: “We are so grateful to the council, club, and volunteers for supporting us and ensuring this game goes ahead with the ability for our fans to watch in person or online”.

Tickets will be available from 17:00 on the club ticket site.
