The weights and reps will gradually increase over the next couple of weeks as he looks to increase his skill work and some light controlled contact.
Winger Ryan Millar is also progressing as per the surgeons plan. Similar to Gilly, he has a shoulder strengthening and stability programme to complete three times weekly.

Forward duo Shane Grady and Aaron Brown are both expected to return to first team action in mid-May, having suffered Grade 1 hamstring strains which kept them out of last Sunday’s 23-14 victory over Barrow Raiders.
Both Shane and Aaron will both undergo light rehab before progressing to the training field in the next couple of weeks.
The Vikings are next in action away at Batley Bulldogs on Monday 8 May (7:45pm kick-off).
