The Vikings are pleased to confirm our initial IMG ranking, as published today by the RFL.
The B grade, with a score of 10.17, ranks Widnes Vikings in 16th place of all the professional clubs in the current RFL pyramid and is a great starting point for the club, as the whole game moves towards a new way of operating from 2025 onwards.
The score and grade, which was expected following the club’s own extensive work on the grading criteria, outlines the great potential for moving forward, and underlines the extensive foundations already in place.
The club looks forward to providing more information on this at the upcoming Members’ Monday meeting at the DCBL Stadium. This will take place in the Bridge Suite, starting at 7pm on Monday 30th October, to which all fans are invited.
