All you need to know about the Season Ticket renewal process for 2023/24.
When can I purchase my Season Ticket for 2024?
The Season Ticket renewal window will open at 5pm on Monday 2nd October 2023. Season Ticket Members wishing to pay for their seat in full can do so from the moment the renewal window opens. If you’re RENEWING an existing season ticket, CLICK HERE.
If you’re purchasing a NEW season ticket for the 2024 season, CLICK THIS LINK. For tickets purchased in the South Stand, you can choose from individual seats, whereas the North Stand tickets are General Admission.
The deadline to renew your South Stand Season Ticket will be 5pm on Tuesday 31st October 2023. After this date your any unrenewed seats will be released for general sale.
How can I renew my Season Ticket for 2023/24?
1) You can renew your Season Ticket online by visiting the ‘Tickets’ section on widnesvikings.co.uk.
2) Supporters can renew their Season Ticket in person by visiting the Widnes Vikings Club Shop in Widnes Indoor Market during the hours 10am to 3pm Wednesdays to Saturdays.
How can I pay?
Supporters can renew their Season Ticket by paying in full (either on a credit or debit card) when purchasing online, or at the club shop. Supporters can also pay with cash when purchasing in person.
Alternatively, supporters can apply to finance their Season Ticket and repay the credit on a 10-month payment plan, provided by Premium Credit. The deadline for obtaining season tickets by direct debit is 31 October 2023. With the first installment being paid in November 2023.
How do I set up the monthly payment option?
If you paid for your season ticket last year using the 10 month payment option, you don’t need to do anything. Premium Credit will contact you via email to confirm your 2024 payments.
If you are new to Premium Credit you will need to go to Fees Monthly and set up an account. Premium Credit is a third party and charges will apply.

Will I get a new Season Ticket Card for 2023/24?
Season Cards will be posted to directly from the printers. There is a mandatory postage fee to cover these costs. The first batch of season cards will be sent in December 2023 and will include season cards purchased on or before Sunday 19th November 2023.
Each Season Ticket Member will receive a Digital Season Ticket for the 2024 season, available via the Widnes Vikings App. Instructions on how to access and use the Digital Season Ticket is available on the website. This is part of the Club’s commitment to continue reducing our carbon footprint and the use of non-essential plastics.
Season Ticket Members have the option to retain both a Digital Season Ticket and a physical season card and can choose to use either on a matchday to access their seat at the DCBL Stadium. Whichever is used to access the stadium will invalidate the other at the point of access via the turnstile.
Are Digital Season Tickets transferable?
Season Ticket Members unable to make a game will be able to transfer their seat via the Widnes Vikings App. Season Ticket can be transferred for one game or all season. Details can be found in the Widnes Vikings App.
Will fans be able to have multiple Digital Season Tickets on one device?
Yes. One person can download multiple passes to their device and select each pass to be individually scanned at the point of entry. However, a single Digital Season Ticket cannot be held on multiple devices.
I’m not currently a Season Ticket Member. Can I buy a season ticket?
YES! Tickets will be on general sale from 10am on 2nd October 2023. Discounted early bird pricing is available to everyone until 30 November 2023.
I am a current Season Ticket Member. How long will my seat be held for?
To guarantee your South Stand seat for the 2024 season, existing Season Ticket Members must renew by 5pm on Tuesday 31st October 2023.
Do I qualify for a junior or concessionary Season Ticket?
To qualify for a junior or concessionary Season Ticket, the applicant must meet the following age criteria:
A Primary is defined as a person aged 10 years or younger on 1 September 2023
A Secondary is defined as a person aged 11 to 17 years on 1 September 2023
A Young Adult is defined as a person aged 18 to 23 on 1 September 2023
An Adult is defined as a person aged 24 to 64 on 1 September 2023
A Senior is defined as a person aged 65 or over on 1 September 2023
I would like to move my seat for the 2023/24 season. Will I be able to?
Existing Season Ticket Members who would like to move their seat should contact the club at tickets@widnesvikings.co.uk
What happens if my season card gets lost, stolen or damaged?
You should notify Widnes Vikings via email at tickets@widnesvikings.co.uk immediately. The lost, stolen or damaged Season Ticket (digital or card) will be automatically cancelled and will not permit access to the stadium. There is a £10 administration fee for any replacement physical season card as a result of the original being lost, stolen or damaged.
What happens if I forget my season card? Am I able to use my Digital Season Ticket?
Yes, your Digital Season Ticket will allow you access through the turnstiles into the DCBL Stadium.
Premium Credit Terms and Conditions
Credit is provided subject to status. Terms and conditions apply and is available to over-18s only. If you do not keep up the repayments on your credit agreement, your Season Ticket may be cancelled. In accordance with Responsible Lending and Affordability, the Club reserves the right to cancel a Season Ticket if monthly payments are not kept up-to-date. Your credit agreement is with the third party Premium Credit Finance, you should check with Premium Credit for their terms and conditions.
I am disabled, can I get a free companion ticket
The DCB stadium has several Wheelchair friendly areas in both the North and South stand. Each wheelchair accessible seat comes with a companion seat. Please email tickets:widnesvikings.co.uk to book or discuss the best seating option.
Carer tickets are available to anyone requiring assistance to attend a game. Anyone requiring a free carers ticket please email tickets@widnesvikings.co.uk. For new applications and some renewals a evidence may be requested, this can be a confirmation of Attendance Allowance or letter from a medical practitioner.
