Born in Brazzaville, Congo Levy grew up in Toulouse, coming to England to join St Helens at the age of 17, before having a spell with Melbourne Storm and subsequently returning to Toulouse to make his senior bow and begin his itinerant career in the British game, as well as a brief spell with Albi in France. Levy names his coaches at Melbourne and senior players Cameron Smith and Billy Slater as the biggest influences on his career for teaching him much about the game, while his highlight to date has been winning the Academy Grand Final with St Helens. The France Under 19 representative’s ambition is to return to Super League with Widnes and remain with the club for a long time. Away from rugby he maintains an interest in boxing – having been a boxer in his youth – and is working towards a qualification in Close Protection as he aims to be a bodyguard at the end of his career.
