Biography

Oldham-born Aaron began his rugby career with local side Waterhead where his father was a coach, also representing the Oldham Town Team, prior to joining the Leeds Academy where he was voted the Under-20 Player of the Year in 2012 and then moving on to Dewsbury where he established himself as a first-team regular. Naming his parents as the biggest influence on his career, ‘Browny’ later moved on to Sheffield where he enjoyed his career highlight to date – scoring a hat-trick at Wembley in the Eagles’ 1895 Cup Final victory against the Vikings in 2019! Looking forward to 2022 Aaron’s ambition is for the club to be challenging at the top of the Championship and qualifying for the Play Offs while combining his rugby career with his job as a postman. Away from rugby he is a keen supporter of Arsenal FC.
