Be in the presence of one of the greatest players to ever grace both codes, at An Evening With Jason Robinson.

Robinson will be taking part in a special dinner at the Halton Stadium, Widnes, on the 31st May. Compered by Sky Sports presenter and Robinson’s former Wigan Warriors teammate, Terry O’Connor, the event will offer a fascinating insight into the life and achievements of one the game’s most decorated players.

With incredible tales from a true legend and brilliant hospitality, with a delicious two course meal and entertainment, this will be a must-attend event for fans of either code.

An Amazing Career

Jason Robinson enjoyed an illustrious career in Rugby League, playing in a golden era for Wigan Warriors between 1991-2000. During his time with the Warriors, he won a Super League title, four Championships, three Challenge Cups, three Regal Trophies, four premiership titles and a World Club Championship. He also collected the Harry Sunderland and Lance Todd Trophies for his individual brilliance.

Robison also represented England, Great Britain and the British Lions with distinction, including reaching a World Cup final in 1995.

In 1996, Jason Robinson played 13 games for Sale in Rugby Union, after featuring in the historic ‘Clash of the Codes’ contest between Bath and Wigan. In 2000, Robinson converted permanently to Union, beginning a phenomenal chapter that saw him achieve both domestic and international glory.

Robinson famously played in all seven of England’s 2003 Rugby Union World Cup games, scoring a try in the triumphant final. He represented England 51 times, scoring 28 tries, and earned five British Lions Caps.

As Captain, Robinson was the driving force of Sale Sharks’ most successful ever period, leading the club to win the European Challenge Cup and Guinness Premiership. In doing so, he became the only player to ever win the Grand Final in Rugby League and the Premiership in Rugby Union.
