Widnes Vikings have co-captain Chris Houston back from a two-match suspension while centre Krisnan Inu has recovered from illness and second rower Chris Dean is also fit again after missing the defeat at Wigan Warriors. There is also a recall for hooker Jordan Johnstone following his return from a loan spell with London Broncos.

Huddersfield Giants recall forwards Adam Walne and Tyler Dickinson in place of Tom Symonds and the suspended Daniel Smith and will give a late check to second rower Michael Lawrence, while centre Alex Mellor is set to make his first appearance of the season after recovering from a broken wrist, taking over from Jordan Turner.
